A nice winner to start the year on the EURUSD, closing out the second half for 70 pips for the end of week. See that section below.

Here's a look at the US Dollar Index intraday with our market directional lines:

As usual on the Sunday report, we will look at the action from Thursday night/Friday, then look at the daily charts of all the pairs with the Seeker and Comber separately for the week ahead, and then glance at the US Dollar Index.

EURUSD:

Triggered short at A, hit first target at B, and closed second half at C for 70 pips for end of week:

Stock Picks Recap for 12/31/14

With each stock's recap, we will include a (with market support) or (without market support) tag, designating whether the trade triggered with or without market directional support at the time. Anything in the first five minutes will be considered WITHOUT market support because market direction cannot be determined that early. ETF calls do not require market support, and are thus either winners or losers.

From the report, no calls.

From the Messenger/Tradesight_st Twitter Feed, no calls.

In total, that's no trades as usual on the last day of the year.

Futures Calls Recap for 12/31/14

No calls again for a dull session that barely hit 1 billion NASDAQ shares. We did sell off a bit in the afternoon, perhaps in preparation for next week.

Net ticks: +0 ticks.

The last trade of 2014 is another winner, although not a huge one because the markets didn't do much. See the EURUSD section below.

The overnight session was dead and then the trade triggered short at A later in the US session. With everyone heading out and the markets about to close in a few hours, I closed the whole trade for a 20 pip gain at B:

The markets gapped down and moved a little for the first hour but then went flat as volume was worse than Monday. NASDAQ volume closed at 1 billion shares. The Opening Range plays worked and the NQ Institutional Range play worked, but that was it. The official NQ call didn't trigger.

Net ticks: +0 ticks.

Another winner in the Holiday week. See GBPUSD below.

Here's a look at the US Dollar Index intraday with our market directional lines:

GBPUSD:

Triggered long at A, hit first target at B, raised stop under UPT and we will say it stopped at C, but the stop should go 5 pips under the level once the first target is hit and it went about 4. But we'll just close it out during Holiday week:

Stock Picks Recap for 12/29/14

With each stock's recap, we will include a (with market support) or (without market support) tag, designating whether the trade triggered with or without market directional support at the time. Anything in the first five minutes will be considered WITHOUT market support because market direction cannot be determined that early. ETF calls do not require market support, and are thus either winners or losers.

From the report, ISBC triggered long (with market support) and didn't do anything so we won't count it:

From the Messenger/Tradesight_st Twitter Feed, NFLX triggered long (with market support) and worked:

In total, that's 1 trades triggering with market support, and it worked good.
